Julia Alpert Gladstone is an Associate Professor of Law at Bryant University where she teaches multidisciplinary courses which intertwine with the law. Her research examines the dynamic between law and technology which is revealed in the areas of intellectual property and privacy law. She has published in several areas of intellectual property law primarily focusing on the database phenomenon as it has emerged in the field of genomics.
